Recent OSHA guidance intended to reduce heat related illness has created a need for custom trailers designed to reduce body temperature in workers during intense heat. Pro pull has developed a variety of trailer types to meet the standard. Pro Pull can work with you to develop a program to meet your specific needs.

The current OSHA guidance is not specific on the requirements for a CoolDown Trailer. We have developed two basic types of trailers that meet the current requirement depending on your budget.

Open Deck Cool Down Trailer

The Open Deck Cooling Trailer is based on a standard Utility Trailer. These trailers provide field supervisors with the ability the closely monitor staff occupying the trailer.The trailer length is determined based on the occupancy requirements. The trailer is outfitted with benches and a roof system. The cooling unit can be a air conditioned roof mounted unit or a misting fan with water tank. Power requirements are determined on a case by case basis. Often times the customer comes to us with a detailed plan for their specific trailer. We will build the trailer to any level of completion. Enclosed Cool Down Trailer

The Enclosed Cooling Trailer is based on our enclosed trailer. These trailers can be outfitted with rubber floors and FRP Walls to facilitate trailer cleaning. The trailer length is determined based on the occupancy requirements. The trailer is outfitted with benches and a roof air conditioner system.  Units can be outfitted with onboard generators to make the totally standalone units.  Contact us to schedule a need analysis and trailer design to meet your needs.
